What you'll bring:
We're looking for a Quality Engineer with a strong background in precision engineering, ideally with automotive experience (though other precision industries are welcome!). You'll be a change agent with:
A Continuous Improvement mindset (Six Sigma experience is a plus, but not essential!)
Strong PFMEA expertise
The ability to drive transformational change and deliver tangible process improvements
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate
