EMBS Engineering Ltd is working in partnership with a leading precision engineering manufacturer, located in Alcester, that is currently in the market for an NDT Technician to join their company permanently.

Responsibilities
Due to internal changes and off the back of continued success, our client is seeking an experienced NDT Technician to join their Quality team and support the inspection of safety-critical precision-engineered components.
Your responsibilities will include:
As an NDT Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection and evaluation of components to ensure they conform to customer specifications and safety standards.
You will:
Carry out Inspection operations, including DPI (Dye Penetrant Inspection) and Visual inspections
Ensure NDT equipment is maintained and suitable for the operation
Interpret and evaluate test results against defined acceptance standards
Generate work instructions in preparation for Level 3 approval
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:
Level 2 qualified in FPI / DPI / LPI (Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection / Dye Penetrant Inspection / Liquid Penetrant Inspection)
Experience working within a highly regulated industry (Aerospace, Defence, Nuclear, or similar)
Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and drawings
