A deep understanding of SIOP/S&OP and capacity planning; you’re an expert at balancing the "seesaw" of demand and supply.
High proficiency in major systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) with the ability to turn raw data into actionable plans.
A natural communicator who can translate data into a story, influencing teams across Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales.
A sharp eye for detail and a knack for proactive problem-solving when faced with supply chain constraints.
