We’re looking for a senior, commercially minded leader to take ownership of a growing portfolio of strategic AI partnerships and turn them into a major growth engine for the business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape go-to-market strategy, build executive-level relationships, develop new AI offerings, and drive measurable commercial outcomes across enterprise clients and industries.
Head of AI Partnerships (NVIDIA, Anthropic, OpenAI)
Location: New York
Package: to c$280,000 + Performance Bonus + Benefits
This is not a traditional alliance management position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building from the ground up - creating partnership motions, identifying new opportunities, and helping define how AI services are taken to market in a rapidly evolving landscape.
If you thrive in fast-moving environments and can confidently engage both technical and commercial stakeholders, this role offers the opportunity to operate at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption.
What You’ll Do
Build and develop strategic relationships across leading AI and emerging technology ecosystems (NVIDIA, Anthropic, OpenAI).
Define and execute partnership and go-to-market strategies that create measurable revenue impact.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Leadership teams to identify and drive new business opportunities.
Shape AI-focused propositions, offerings, and solution plays alongside internal technical and consulting teams.
Support the development of enterprise AI solutions across areas such as generative AI, AI agents, retrieval systems, and AI transformation initiatives.
Drive co-sell motions, joint campaigns, and strategic customer engagements with technology partners.
Represent the business at AI, cloud, and technology events, conferences, and executive meetings.
Contribute to thought leadership content, market positioning, and partnership messaging.
Educate and align internal teams on partnership strategy, offerings, and commercial engagement models.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience building and scaling strategic partnerships, alliances, or GTM functions within technology or AI-focused environments.
Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, inference, and GPU infrastructure.
Ability to operate comfortably in both technical and commercial conversations with enterprise stakeholders.
Experience creating, packaging, or positioning technology services or AI offerings.
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of generating pipeline growth and strategic opportunities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capability.
Comfortable operating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Product, and Executive Leadership teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-growth environments.
Why This Role Matters
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future direction of a growing AI business. You’ll have the autonomy to build strategic partnerships, influence AI go-to-market strategy, and create meaningful commercial impact within one of the fastest-moving areas of technology.
