With over 20 years of industry experience, including 17 years in consulting across diverse sectors, I am a results-oriented leader in Analytics and Innovation. My career is defined by a unique blend of data-driven strategy, entrepreneurial insight and a profound commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB). What sets me apart is my intercultural and intersectional perspective—enriched by extensive volunteering and working experiences across multiple countries. I am also a US and Canada best-selling author on neuroinclusion.

My professional journey encompasses designing and implementing transformative Analytics strategies, leading scalable digital and ethical AI solutions and driving end-to-end project delivery with measurable impact. I am adept at fostering cross-functional teams, optimising stalled projects, and embedding DEIB strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity and retention. Beyond corporate roles, my leadership is shaped by significant volunteer work in various countries, where I have collaborated with local communities, governments and organisations to advance inclusive practices and address socio-economic challenges. These experiences have deepened my understanding of diverse perspectives, enabling me to create strategies that resonate authentically at local and global levels.
