Overview 
EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a Trainee Welder / Fabricator (TIG) to join a precision engineering company located in Redditch, working on a permanent basis.

Our client manufactures small to medium-sized complex precision components for high-profile customers within a wide range of market-leading companies, therefore, we require a Trainee Welder / Fabricator (TIG) to join their existing talent team.

​​​​​​

Your responsibilities will include:

  • TIG and MIG weld various precision components
  • Reading engineering drawings and interpreting welding symbols
  • Using a wide range of hand and air tools
 

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 1 year experience of TIG Welding / MIG welding / Sheet Metal / Fabrication in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to read engineering drawings
