Our client is seeking a talented Electronics R&D Technician to join their innovative hardware development team.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Electronics R&D Technician, you’ll play a key role in the research and development of electronic systems. Working closely with the Head of Hardware Development, your responsibilities will include:
Prototyping, testing, and maintaining hardware products.
Supporting fault-finding and implementing enhancements in production items, test fixtures, and processes.
Collaborating with the development team to ensure product integrity and quality.
Maintaining and improving test solutions within electronic manufacturing systems.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
HND/HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent (experience in lieu considered).
Experience in electronic product manufacturing or R&D.
Knowledge of electronic manufacturing systems and production processes.
Familiarity with electronic testing, debugging, and schematic interpretation.
Desirable Skills:
IPC training certification.
Experience in through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
Mechanical skills, including manual and CNC work.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be British Citizens.
This role requires obtaining and maintaining DV security clearance.
