With a global presence and a proud history of supporting world-class aerospace giants, our client offers stability and long-term opportunities for those seeking a new role. Following recent growth, they are looking to expand their team by hiring CNC Turners on a permanent basis at their Nottinghamshire site.
Key Benefits on offer:
Stability / Longevity: Permanent
Hourly Rate: Circa £17 per hour
Hours:
Days (Monday to Wednesday, 6am - 4:30pm, Thursday, 6am - 3:30pm)
Benefits:
Overtime is available at premium rates (x1.5 after 39 hours and x2 on Sundays)
Quarterly Bonus

Your responsibilities include:
Setting and Operating Twin Turret, Twin Spindle CNC Turning machines
Machining small to medium-sized, complex components using materials such as Aluminium, Stainless steel, and Titanium
Working from Engineering drawings
Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Turner
Experience in setting and operating multi-axis CNC machines
Twin Turrett, Twin Spindle experience would be desirable but not essential
Experience working with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol
Previous machined complex parts for precision industries, including Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas, etc
Previously worked with Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium
Experience with machining to tight tolerances
