EMBS Engineering are currently seeking a Customer Account Lead to join a growing engineering business that manufactures specialist components for customers around the world.
As a Customer Account Lead you will be responsible for building customer relationships, informing them on the status of their orders, monitoring any issues that arise and providing solutions. You will liaise with internal departments to monitor KPIs and update senior stakeholders on order progress.
In this role, you will manage a small team to ensure day to day activities are being monitored and account KPIs are being met. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with Aerospace and Customer Account experience that wants to develop their career within a business that is experiencing significant growth.
