EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a MP&L Coordinator to join a precision engineering company located in Northampton working on a permanent basis.

The role
As MP&L Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless material planning and logistics within the business. This role involves supporting internal operations, managing supply chain activities, and maintaining high standards in health and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creation and management of purchase orders for suppliers
Maintaining supplier delivery performance, including material tracking
Ensuring financial accuracy with suppliers
Providing support for plant and facility safety measures
Upkeep and scheduling of maintenance activities
Goods In Management
Goods Out Management
Packing and preparing items for dispatch
Overseeing transportation and delivery logistics.
Contributing to annual cost reduction initiatives related to freight, packaging, and indirect spend
Preparing quotes for materials and subcontracting
Participating in annual stock takes and managing raw material inventory
