We are looking for a SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Developer to join a dynamic team that’s driving automation and AI adoption as part of a global digital transformation journey. If you’re someone with a couple of years’ experience under your belt and a hunger to grow, this could be the role for you!

Company Overview:

Our client is a leading enterprise undergoing a radical digital transformation to revolutionise their technological landscape. You will know of this company and will have used their services at somepoint. A real household name in the Midlands.


 With over 200 applications in their portfolio, they are leveraging Microsoft Power Apps and other low-code solutions to drive innovation and streamline processes. They are seeking a dynamic SharePoint / Power Platform Engineer to join their ‘Low Code’ team and be part of this exciting journey of digital transformation and automation.
 

Role Overview:

As a SharePoint / Power Platform Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customise SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and automation processes using Power Automate.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Power Platform applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and technical staff.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SharePoint and Power Platform development.
 

Experience 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Proficiency in customising SharePoint sites and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Strong understanding of data integration and experience with connectors in Power Platform.
  • Experience with Power Automate to create and manage workflows and automation processes.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint administration, including permissions, security, and site management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Functional Consultant).
