A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Junior Project Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy. This role is perfect for a graduate with around two years of experience who is looking to take their career to the next level. You'll be working alongside experienced and talented project managers, supporting them on a range of exciting projects, learning from the best, and growing your skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in end-to-end project management, ensuring smooth delivery of key initiatives.
● Support the development and execution of change management strategies.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and contribute to tailored solutions. ● Conduct risk assessments and assist in mitigation planning. ● Help deliver training and support programs to facilitate the adoption of new processes and systems. ● Monitor project progress, providing insights and recommendations to optimise outcomes.
Skills & Experience Required:
● Approximately two years of experience in project management or a related field.
● A relevant degree and a passion for learning and career development.
● Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) or a willingness to learn. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Problem-solving mindset with the ability to contribute to strategic solutions.
● Relevant certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Prosci would be a plus but are not required.
