What You'll Be Doing:
Researching and applying advanced analytical techniques to tackle key business problems.
Writing high-quality SQL and Python code to extract and manipulate data.
Creating tools and dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights.
Staying at the forefront of analytics by participating in tech meetups and discussions.
Collaborating within an agile team to deliver fast, impactful solutions.
What You Need to Succeed:
Degree (2:1 or higher) in a numerate or statistics-focused subject.
Expert in SQL – you know how to query, optimise, and manipulate large datasets.
Python proficiency – experienced in data manipulation and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
Experience working with AWS.
Previous experience working with retail data in an analytics role.
Strong stakeholder management - able to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
Experience applying machine learning techniques to large datasets.
Nice to Have:
Experience with R or other statistical modelling tools.
Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, lean startup-style environment.
