Our client, a public sector technology leader, is seeking a Contracts Manager to steer the success of a multi-million-pound project. Key Responsibilities:
• Contract Management: Oversee and manage all contractual obligations, ensuring compliance and alignment with both company and client requirements.
• Analysis and Reporting: Monitor contract performance, analyse key metrics, and prepare detailed reports on progress, pricing, and profitability.
• Problem Solving: Identify barriers to delivery and implement effective solutions to ensure projects remain on track.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
• Price and Profit Review: Conduct regular reviews of contract pricing, margins, and overall profitability, recommending adjustments where necessary.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address potential risks related to contractual agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Proven experience in contract management, ideally within public sector projects or transport technology industries.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data, monitor progress, and report on key performance indicators.
• Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in removing barriers and addressing challenges.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong relationships and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Commercial Acumen: A solid understanding of pricing models, margins, and profitability management.
• Location Flexibility: Willingness to work on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in Nottingham.
