With exciting plans for expansion, they are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Bid Manager to join their Commercial Operations team—a role with clear career progression towards becoming Head of Bids.

The Opportunity

As a Bid Manager, you’ll play a critical role in securing public sector contracts by delivering exceptional bids and proposals. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, you’ll manage tender responses and speculative client proposals, often involving intricate financial models. This dynamic role offers a unique chance to collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders, ensuring proposals align with my client’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling bids to win public sector contracts in transportation technology.

  • Lead tender responses, crafting detailed financial models and competitive pricing structures.

  • Liaise with internal teams and international stakeholders, including collaborators in Germany and Dublin.

  • Refine bid management frameworks, templates, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

  • Engage with public sector clients, ensuring proposals meet their expectations and compliance standards.
