Overview 

EMBS Engineering is in partnership with a global footprint company that is world-renowned for its manufacturing capabilities of producing high-quality, detailed components through various machine manufacturing for lucrative customers, primarily within the aerospace market.

As part of the company's growth, our client is looking for a Machine Operative to join the team on a permanent basis.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Operating Manual and /or CNC machines plus a wide variety of other equipment and machinery
  • Working with a variety of metals to machine small to medium-sized components for the Aerospace industry 
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings 
  • Using manual measuring equipment to self-inspect your own work


Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong experience within a machining role
  • Comfortable performing multiple setups per day
  • Confidence in performing self-inspection of parts using manual measuring equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
