The Role at a Glance:
• Leadership: Manage the Management Accounts and Internal Audit teams to ensure optimal performance.
• Governance: Chair the Audit Committee and manage third-party relationships, including insurance, banking, and HMRC.
• Financial Expertise: Oversee cash flow, payroll, statutory accounts, and tax compliance.
• Innovation: Develop new systems, work practices, and controls to streamline operations and drive growth.
• Collaboration: Provide financial insights to senior stakeholders and contribute to key commercial decisions.

About You:
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive finance leader with:
• A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex, multi-site organisation, ideally in retail or a similar sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• A strategic and analytical mindset focused on process improvement and innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
