Are you an IT professional with a passion for networking and IT support? We are looking for a Network Technician to provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and network maintenance while working closely with the Network Supervisor and wider IT team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing first and second-line IT support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Maintaining, developing, and optimising the company-wide network and associated servers
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Working on networking tasks such as ADSL broadband, LANs, switches, and VLANs
  • Managing Active Directory administration, including setting up user accounts and Office 365 mailboxes
  • Supporting Office 365, Exchange Server, and mobile email technologies
  • Liaising with internal teams, external suppliers, and contractors to ensure IT operations run smoothly
  • Assisting with new system development and installations across multiple sites

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting Office 365 and Windows 10/11
  • Networking knowledge, including ADSL, LAN, VLANs, switches, and cabling
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt to new technologies quickly
  • Willingness to travel to other sites when required, with occasional overnight stays
