This is an established, forward-thinking business delivering impactful, sustainable projects across Ireland and the UK, with a strong focus on solar O&M, heating services, and PPA assets.
What's in it for you?

Benefits: Company pension, death in service, income protection, Flexible Fridays, professional membership fees, training and CPD, Bike to Work scheme, birthday day off, and local business discounts — all within an international working environment.
Responsibilities
Off the back of continued success and expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Energy Services & Asset Manager to lead and oversee their Solar O&M, heating service, and PPA assets, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong asset performance, and commercial growth. The role bridges technical operations, subcontracted delivery, client management, asset performance, and strategic expansion across Ireland and the UK.
You will provide leadership to the Solar O&M and Heating teams, maintaining and enhancing operational structures, reporting, and accountability, while supporting recruitment and the development of team capabilities. You will oversee solar PV O&M, EPC troubleshooting, and heating installation and maintenance, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency in line with client requirements. Analysing performance data from PPA and client-owned solar assets, you will identify underperformance and optimisation opportunities, produce clear, client-friendly performance reports, and track all company assets.
As the primary contact for key clients, you will lead pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations, drive service revenue, identify new opportunities, and track timely invoicing including internal departmental charges. You will support service development and expansion across Ireland and the UK, establish new supply chain partnerships, and implement reporting standards, dashboards, and improved communication between teams and stakeholders.
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate a third-level qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Building Services, Business Management, or a related discipline, alongside proven operations management experience within renewable energy, building services, utilities, or construction. Strong knowledge of solar PV O&M, heating systems, asset performance management, and service delivery is essential, as is experience managing client relationships, commercial contracts, pricing, and proposals. You will bring demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, supplier and supply chain management, and strong leadership, commercial awareness, and analytical capability. Project management or renewable energy qualifications are desirable.
