I am a professional in executive search, with over 30 years of experience placing senior talent across Energy, Utilities, Power, and Sustainability sectors.

My career spans Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas, enabling me to deliver strategic recruitment solutions across diverse markets. I am a passionate advocate for women in engineering since and since 2007 I have been a long-standing career advisor with the Women’s Engineering Society (WES) and a Special Adviser to the CIGRE UK Women’s Network.

I specialise in placing C-suite and global leadership roles. My new role is as Practice Director across Energy & Power for EMBS, opening a new office in Ireland, launching Women in Energy in Ireland, and working with some of the best in the industry.
