About the Role

Join one of the busiest IT Service Desks in Nottinghamshire, supporting Nottinghamshire County Council staff as part of a dynamic team of six. You’ll handle a variety of technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across:

  • Desktops and mobile devices
  • Network access and security
  • Microsoft Active Directory and M365

This fast-paced role offers you exposure to cutting-edge technology, excellent leadership support, and clear career progression opportunities. You’ll work in an environment that values collaboration, initiative, and a proactive approach.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven 2nd line support experience, with hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.

  • Driving Licence: Essential, as travel to Bilsthorpe is required.
  • Attitude: A resilient, eager-to-learn team player ready to hit the ground running.
