Our client, a leading AI consulting firm, has recently expanded into the UK and is already partnering with a FTSE 250 company to deliver a groundbreaking AI transformation programme. This is a rare chance to be at the forefront of enterprise scale AI adoption, working on complex automation and cloud native projects that will shape the future of AI in business.
This role offers exceptional long term career progression, with the opportunity to develop deep expertise in AI driven automation, cloud deployment, and cutting-edge API development. As part of a high growth consultancy, you will have the chance to step into leadership roles, specialise in advanced AI engineering, or work on global AI projects as the company expands further.
As an AI Python Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable Python based APIs for AI driven applications, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into enterprise environments.
This is a client facing role that requires:
Exceptional communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
A high energy approach, working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
You will be working on site with clients in London’s financial district for two days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining three days.
Essential Skills and Experience
Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, and Java
Solid experience with database technologies – SQL, NoSQL, GraphDB/QL, Vector DB
Expertise in API development (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git, Docker)
Cloud native deployment skills (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Experience working with microservices architecture
A passion for learning AI driven API optimisation and Kubernetes orchestration
Bonus Points for Kubernetes, AI model deployment, or cloud governance frameworks.
