About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior IoT Engineer to join a leading IoT solutions provider operating in the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors. In this key role, you’ll be the go-to expert for post-implementation support, managing customer escalations and troubleshooting across a complex IoT technology landscape.
You’ll take ownership of diagnosing and resolving issues across:
Hardware, Software & IoT Connectivity
Systems Integrations
Data & Real-Time Monitoring
This role is ideal for an engineer with experience in building or supporting complex IoT systems who enjoys problem-solving and working directly with customers. You'll collaborate closely with the CTO and COO, acting as a trusted technical advisor to ensure world-class fault diagnosis and resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead escalation point for technical issues post-implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and IoT connectivity challenges.
Work closely with clients to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
Build strong relationships, ensuring a proactive approach to customer success.
Collaborate with the CTO and COO to enhance IoT support processes.
Gain exposure to cutting-edge IoT innovations, including AI & machine learning.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a strong communicator with a background in technology support, SaaS, real-time systems, or manufacturing systems. Experience in IoT, connectivity, or data-driven environments is highly desirable. Even if you're not currently in a pure IoT role, but have transferable skills, we'd love to hear from you.
