We’re hiring a sharp, experienced Business Analyst to join a fast-growing enterprise transformation practice delivering critical change across global financial services. You’ll partner with major international consultancies and help well-known, high-profile clients reshape how they work — from implementing cutting-edge systems like Planful, Workday, Anaplan, Adaptive, and more.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and knows how to turn challenges into business outcomes. Your first project? A six-month engagement with a household name in financial services.
As our new Business Analyst, you’ll:
Lead requirements gathering for multi-million-pound transformation programmes
Design processes that eliminate inefficiencies and deliver better user experiences
Translate complex, ambiguous problems into clean, actionable solutions
Act as a bridge between business teams, technology vendors, and delivery partners
Influence decision-making through well-evidenced recommendations
Core Responsibilities:
Run structured workshops and interviews to extract genuine business needs
Define detailed, prioritised requirements documentation
Map current-state processes and design optimised future-state workflows
Conduct data analysis to ensure quality and integrity across systems
Support configuration and system decisions to maximise value
Manage data migration planning and execution
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise transformation
Strong track record within Financial Services (banking, fintech, insurance, etc.)
Familiarity with financial planning or ERP tools like Planful, Workday, Anaplan, or Adaptive
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of an organisation
Skilled in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Confident using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and BPMN or process mapping software
Solid understanding of data migration and integration challenges
