As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you'll design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions that enable smarter collaboration, better communication, and enhanced compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver secure, scalable Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace solutions for a range of external clients.
  • Lead the deployment and administration of SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance, security, governance, and platform optimisation.
  • Help clients unlock value through Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise Microsoft cloud services to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, project leads, and delivery managers to meet client goals and timelines.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Experience working with Microsoft 365 in an enterprise or consultancy setting

 

Expertise across:

  • Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online
  • OneDrive for Business, Viva Engage
  • Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)

 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships
  • Experience supporting public sector or defence-aligned organisations (advantageous)
  • Solid understanding of governance, compliance, and secure configuration practices
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Associate, ITIL, or PRINCE2 are a bonus
