Leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers (CIOs, Ops Leads, etc.)
Scoping and selling tailored professional services layered on top of the SaaS platform
Designing solution architectures and integration workflows that solve real problems
Writing persuasive proposals, SoWs, pricing models, and technical documentation
Translating business needs into practical delivery plans for internal teams
Building trusted, long-term relationships across client organisations
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver maximum value
Travelling to client sites 2–3 days per week (UK-based)
What You’ll Bring
5-7 years in a technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or delivery role within SaaS or services
Experience owning commercial conversations end-to-end - discovery to contract
Solid technical grounding (ideally across Microsoft stack, APIs, and enterprise integration)
Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical audiences
Familiarity with enterprise environments and how to navigate them
Commercially minded - able to balance margin, risk, and long-term value
Exposure to frameworks like Challenger or Solution Selling
Self-starter mindset - thrives on autonomy and takes full ownership of outcomes
