The Opportunity:
EMBS Engineering is seeking a skilled and motivated Product Quality Engineer to join a well-established and innovative precision engineering company located in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality components and further develop your engineering expertise within a supportive environment.
What the role offers:
Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Quality Engineer, you will develop products and support business growth. Primarily you will be involved in the quality aspects of New Production Introduction taking parts from Contract Review through to completion of FAIR and Production Rate Readiness.
You will support Continuous Improvement activities of legacy production to improve quality performance margin improvements.
As a Product Quality Engineer, you will take the lead on handling concessions to ensure product conformity.
About You:
As a Product Quality Engineer, you will be a meticulous, analytical, and pragmatic problem-solver with a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills. You will enjoy handling product quality issues and be someone who thrives on ensuring product integrity and preventing issues, rather than just reacting to them.
