Lydia is a Talent Partner who specialises in supporting precision engineering companies across the West Midlands by identifying the best talent on the market for both blue and white collar positions.
Predominantly working closely with customers who manufacture precision components for the aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, nuclear, MOD and other similar industries.

Interests:
