Implement real change – from process improvements to technical upgrades and new innovations.
Help grow and evolve the PS function – working closely with internal leaders to refine how projects are approached and delivered.
Progress into leadership – you’ll have a clear pathway toward senior engineering or team lead responsibilities, depending on your ambition.

Owning and delivering IT infrastructure and cloud projects from start to finish.
Leading discussions with clients on technical strategy and IT roadmaps.
Overseeing technical onboarding/offboarding to ensure best-in-class service.
Introducing improvements to internal processes and ways of working.
Acting as the bridge between technical delivery and client expectations.
Sharing knowledge with the service delivery team and shaping technical best practice.
Solid experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
Mastery across the Microsoft ecosystem: O365, Azure AD, Windows Server, AD, Hyper-V/VMware.
Confident networking and security knowledge (Cisco, Meraki, Sophos, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starting nature with a passion for pushing boundaries and exploring emerging tech.
