We are supporting a global consultancy delivering a large-scale enterprise data transformation for a highly respected end client. They are now seeking an experienced Data Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple, interdependent data initiatives.
Data Program Manager
Location: US / Remote (with monthly on-site client visits - Virginia)
Salary: Circa $180,000 - $220,000 USD per year
This role sits at the centre of a complex program, providing structure, governance and leadership across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of an enterprise data program covering governance, data lifecycle, analytics and platforms
Establish and run program governance, delivery cadence and reporting
Own integrated planning across milestones, resourcing, budget, risks and dependencies
Coordinate delivery across consultancy teams, client stakeholders and partners
Ensure alignment between data initiatives and wider business objectives
Provide clear, structured communication to senior and executive stakeholders
Drive proactive issue resolution and escalation
Key Skills & Experience
7+ years’ experience managing multi-workstream data or digital transformation programs
Proven success implementing PMO best practices within enterprise technology environments
Strong understanding of modern data platforms and operating models
Experience working in consultancy-led or multi-vendor settings
Industry background is flexible; education or financial services experience is beneficial but not required
