We are working with a global consultancy seeking a Data Solution Consulting Lead to shape enterprise data strategy and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across a complex transformation programme.
Data Solution Consulting Lead
Location: US / Remote (with monthly on-site client visits - Virginia)
Salary: Circa $220,000 - $250,000 USD per year
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead discovery, strategy and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders
Translate business objectives into clear data strategies and delivery roadmaps
Define target operating models across governance, analytics and AI readiness
Assess data maturity and identify improvement opportunities
Support prioritisation decisions using value, risk and feasibility analysis
Provide strategic guidance and assurance throughout delivery
Key Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in data strategy, consulting, or digital transformation
Strong executive-level advisory and stakeholder engagement capability
Broad understanding of data architecture, governance and analytics ecosystems
Experience shaping enterprise roadmaps, operating models and business cases
Industry background is open; education or financial services experience is advantageous
