We’re hiring a Data Architect to join a global consultancy delivering a modern, scalable enterprise data platform as part of a long-term transformation programme.
Data Architect
Location: US / Remote (with monthly on-site client visits - Virginia)
Salary: Circa $210,000 - $250,000 USD per year
You will define architectural direction and support delivery teams implementing data solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Define target-state enterprise data architecture aligned to business goals
Design data models, integration patterns and platform standards
Support data ingestion, transformation, storage and access design
Embed governance, quality, security and lifecycle considerations into architecture
Partner closely with data engineering, governance and product teams
Review and assure solution designs against architectural standards
Key Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture roles
Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms
Strong understanding of metadata, lineage and data quality concepts
Ability to balance architectural vision with pragmatic delivery
Clear documentation and stakeholder communication skills
