This is not a typical partnerships role. We’re looking for someone who can build, scale, and lead go-to-market initiatives across the Retail & Consumer Goods space - working closely with Google Cloud to unlock new opportunities, win new logos, and drive meaningful revenue growth.

Google Cloud GTM Lead - Retail & Consumer Goods
Location: UK - Hybrid (London + UK & EMEA travel)
Package: Competitive salary + uncapped commission + benefits

You’ll operate at the heart of a global technology consultancy, helping to define how Retail clients adopt Cloud, Data, and AI solutions at scale.

What You’ll Be Owning

This role is about creating momentum and turning it into revenue. You’ll take the lead on:

 

  • Expanding the Retail & Consumer Goods portfolio across the UK and EMEA

  • Building and executing joint GTM strategies with Google Cloud

  • Opening doors to new clients and growing strategic accounts

  • Positioning industry solutions that solve real business problems

  • Turning partner relationships into tangible pipeline and deals


You’ll also be the key connector between:
 

  • Internal sales and delivery teams

  • Google Cloud partner, sales, and industry stakeholders

  • Enterprise clients navigating digital transformation


What Success Looks Like
 

  • A growing pipeline driven through Google Cloud partnerships

  • Strong, visible relationships across GCP stakeholders

  • New client wins across Retail & Consumer Goods

  • Clear, differentiated industry propositions in the market

  • Internal teams enabled to co-sell and scale effectively


Your Background
 

  • Strong experience in business development, partnerships, or GTM leadership within IT services

  • Deep understanding of the Retail & Consumer Goods ecosystem

  • Proven track record working with hyperscalers (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)

  • Experience navigating complex, enterprise-level sales environments

  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders internally and externally
