We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a globally recognized financial services client delivering technology solutions across mission-critical platforms. This is a hands-on platform engineering role focused on Kubernetes operations, GitOps enablement with ArgoCD, and AWS infrastructure automation within an enterprise-scale environment.

Location: Remote - United States (EST Working Hours Required)
Package: $140k-180k Base - Flexible Depending on Experience

What You’ll Do
Operate, troubleshoot, and improve Kubernetes environments in production.
Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, including multi-cluster management.
Provision and manage AWS infrastructure supporting Kubernetes workloads.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Build automation and operational tooling using Bash, Python, or Go.
Contribute to CI/CD and release workflows to improve delivery reliability and efficiency.
Implement and support observability practices including monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Collaborate with stakeholders in a client-facing environment while working independently across technical initiatives.
Support platform scalability, resilience, and security best practices across enterprise systems.

What We’re Looking For
Proven hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
Strong practical experience implementing and managing ArgoCD.
Solid AWS experience, particularly around EKS and associated cloud services.
Strong Terraform expertise for real-world infrastructure provisioning.
Scripting experience using Bash, Python, or Go.
Strong ownership mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills within client-facing engineering environments.
Ability to work with EST overlap.
Nice to Have
Experience with Argo Workflows and Helm.
CI/CD implementation experience using GitLab.
Observability tooling experience across Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or DataDog.
SSO/Auth integration experience including OIDC, SAML, Keycloak, or Okta.
AWS Certifications such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
