We are excited to be representing our client in the HealthTech sector, who is seeking an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join their team. If you’re passionate about technology and want to make a real impact by supporting cutting-edge healthcare solutions, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on the technical and operational infrastructure of their platform, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring the ongoing success of their product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Diagnose, identify, and resolve technical problems.
  • Monitor systems, carrying out proactive maintenance such as server upgrades and patching.
  • Collaborate with teams across engineering, product management, and DevOps/infrastructure.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • Join the 24/7 out-of-hours support rota (with additional compensation).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s products and tech stack.
  • Create and update technical documentation and the support team’s knowledge base.
  • Benefit from mentorship by senior team members, with clear opportunities for progression in specialised areas.

What You’ll Need:

  • A positive, inquisitive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Windows/Linux in a support environment.
  • Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services).
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data management.
  • Familiarity with JSON and API/REST endpoints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience with access management and Active Directory.
  • Professional technical accreditations are a plus.
