People who have the experience, qualifications and capability to rapidly drive R&D and new product development on either a permanent or contract basis.

Working in partnership with TBAT Innovation, we’ll take care of the funding application and talent acquisition, allowing you the space to focus on R&D, Innovation and changing the world!

Put simply, Talent Funding will enable you to hire a CTO or a team of Engineers and receive up to 40% of their annual salary. The opportunities don’t stop there.

We will work with you to identify further funding opportunities that will make a significant difference to your ability to create new technologies, hire specialist skills and scale up operations.

If you’re involved in building new software or technology products, if you’re involved in R&D and you’re considering bringing in key players with highly niche skills why not explore these funding options for permanent hires or ‘outside IR35’ contract resource.

SME’s are eligible for the R&D Tax Credits SME scheme so long as they have less than 500 employees in the company and/or group and less than £100m turnover. Not only can you claim for the cost of hiring talent but also for subcontract, software and materials expenditure.
