Hi, I'm Alex

I’ve spent the last 11 years working within IT Transformation recruitment, supporting businesses across the UK and wider Europe as they scale and evolve their transformation teams. Throughout my career, I’ve specialised in helping organisations find the Programme and Project talent they need to successfully deliver their technology transformation programmes.

What I enjoy most is getting out there and meeting people who are passionate about transforming the technology landscape within their businesses. There’s something particularly rewarding about finding the right person for a role, seeing them make an impact, and ultimately seeing the difference that can make to the wider organisation.

In my new role, I’m excited to be working with some great new clients and helping them build and expand their technology teams, with a particular focus on AI adoption. It’s an exciting time to be working in this space, and I’m looking forward to helping businesses navigate the opportunities AI presents and bringing in the high-performing individuals who can turn that potential into real impact.

Personal Interests:

Outside of work, I’m a big Formula 1 and football fan, and I support Aston Villa – so there’s never usually a shortage of sport to keep me entertained! I also enjoy playing golf, although I’d probably describe my ability as more enthusiastic than impressive.

I have a young family, so a lot of my free time is spent with them. We love getting away on holiday, with Cornwall and Greece being two of our favourite places to switch off, spend time together and enjoy some sunshine.

As for a fun fact… when I was younger, I actually auditioned for The X Factor! Unfortunately, my music career never quite took off, so recruitment it was!
