As a Talent Partner, you will be working closely with senior management to ensure client satisfaction. You will be involved in driving the business forward and onboarding new ideas. The ideal candidate will be creative, hard-working and process driven with a willingness and passion for learning new skills.

As a Talent Partner you will be responsible for;
- Identifying, engaging and sourcing with highly sought after individuals through multiple platforms within the engineer / manufacturing markets
- Creating and developing talent pools / hotlists
- Ensuring in house systems are kept up to date
- Promoting best practice and providing a first class customer service to all parties – candidates & clients
- Becoming a subject matter expert in your chosen field / area
- Pushing great, useful and informative marketing content to your network
- Generating leads and new business opportunities for continued growth
- Obtaining references / technical testimonials
Successful candidates will be able demonstrate;
- Experience in working in a busy fast paced environment
- Background / experience in recruitment or telesales
- Ability to liaise with people of all levels through emails, telephone and face to face
- Highly organized with the ability to multi task and deal with constantly changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills (experience of using CRM systems would be beneficial)
