As a Talent Partner in EMBS Technology, Caroline engages with digital and technology professionals across the UK and introduces them to companies that are changing the world. Working across a range of disciplines, Caroline makes high-quality introductions and support clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Caroline spends her days looking for niche, hard to find skills from graduate hires, right up board level.

About Caroline
Caroline is an extremely creative and friendly person, who has recently turned her hand to recruitment and has his the ground running with her strong ability to communicate with candidates and create a brilliant rapport that keeps candidates engaged and interested in working with EMBS Technology.
Interests:
Caroline enjoys spending time with her family; four children, two dogs and a cat, and loves the outdoors.
In her free time she likes to go on walks and socialise.
